The vision of Raleigh's Contemporary Art Museum is to mix art with living -- an innovative addition to the already exciting and burgeoning Downtown area. The soon-to-be developed space will house a tower of loft condos that are slightly smaller and more affordable. Residences will combine with an expanded exhibit area for CAM's contemporary collections, as well as retail and office space, tower create an inventive mix of life and culture. The project is proposed for the 400 block of West Martin Street in the Warehouse District, and will also include an artists' studio, rooftop garden and underground parking.
